eStatement Delivery Channel

1. Email eStatement – Your eStatement will be sent by email to your last notified email address in our records.
2. View Online –An email notification alert will be sent to your last notified email address to advise customer that your eStatement is available in Online Banking. Customer may then access and/or download your eStatement via Online Banking.

eStatement Type

1. Consolidated eStatement * ; credit card accounts, deposit accounts, and investment services accounts only; including accounts to be opened in the future.
2. Standalone eStatement * The eStatement shall be sent by product as selected on the application (excluding fixed deposit accounts, and investment service accounts)
